mangolassi
Serves 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mango
  • 500 ml (2 cups) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons) honey (to taste)

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in glasses topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
