NutriDay Snackpot Jackpot 2017 Terms and Conditions

  • By entering into the NutriDay Snackpot Jackpot Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
  • This competition is limited to all residents of RSA, except employees of Danone, holding companies and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotions agencies, and their immediate families.
  • To participate in this competition, dial *120*3420*unique code#.
  • Entry costs 20c for 20 seconds as per USSD entry.
  • The promotion is across the full NutriDay yoghurt range except for the 150g vanilla and 150g plain variants.
  • Winners are determined by random draw.
  • Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that participants purchase the participating products each time and complete the competition entry and enter a new unique code, subject to the following conditions:
    • All entries from disqualified participants’ cellphone numbers will be rejected
    • No computer-based entries will be accepted
    • Any cellphone number that enters an incorrect code 5 (five) times in succession with be locked out of the promotional competition for the entire duration of the promotional competition (“Blocked Participants”)
  • Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Client Call Centre on 0861 435 737 between 08h00 – 17h00 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants entering an incorrect code 5 (five) times in succession
  • There are also R306 306.16 lifestyle rewards to be won:
    • List prizes and values: 5 x Travel Vouchers (R20,000 each) and 2 x Renault Clio Cars (R206,306.16)
    • The winners will be selected randomly and notified instantaneously via SMS confirming that they have won a lifestyle reward. The winners will be contacted within 48hrs to arrange delivery of the prize. The SMS will also include a reference code.
    • Winners selected for the Renault Clio Car prize must be 18 years or older and requires a valid driver’s licence
    • Winners for the car must organise their own car insurance. • There are also R1 094 500 instant airtime prizes to be won:
    • List Denominations: R5
    • Winners of the Airtime Prizes will receive an instant notification of the value of the airtime they have won on entering cellular phone number. Airtime Prizes may only be redeemed by PRE-PAID account holders only. Winners with contract accounts can transfer the Airtime Prize to any other Pre-Paid number of their choice.
    • Airtime is available for the following Networks – Vodacom / MTN / Cell C / Virgin Mobile and 8ta.
    • An SMS with the airtime voucher will be sent to the cellular phone number used to enter the competition
  • There are R535,000.00 cash prizes to be won:
    • List Denominations: R50, R100
    • The following process will be followed to redeem cash prizes: the winners will be notified instantaneously via 2 x SMS’s – one from TMARC confirming the fact they have won; one from ABSA within 48 hours. The TMARC SMS will confirm the amount and an Authorisation PIN of 6 digits. The ABSA SMS will confirm the 10 digit Withdrawal Access number as well as the amount. Winners go to any ABSA ATM, push CASHSEND Option and follow the prompts. Both the Authorisation PIN and the Withdrawal Access number are required to complete the transaction. Winners who win more than R3000.00 will have the money deposited directly into the account of their choosing
  • The competition commences from 01 July 2017 until 30 September 2017 (while stocks last). No entries received after 30 September 2017 will be considered.
  • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • No substitution or cash redemption of non-cash prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable.
    • It is expected that people will enter on a mobile that is owned and registered to that person. No other person can use another person’s mobile for competition entry purposes. This is to avoid fraud and possible litigation between the phone owner and the entrant.
    • Therefore each entrant is expected to be the owner of that mobile and no singular person can enter off of another mobile phone number. This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.
    • Each entrant is expected to have purchased the brand and be able to produce a valid till slip if requested by Danone.
    • By entering this competition you authorise Danone, the promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
    • The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes, which is conditional upon their agreement to take part in such publicity. Winners or participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter.

      Q: Where do I find the unique codes?
      A: There is 1 Unique Code in every Promotional Pack. For 6 & 8 packs the unique code is inside one of the cups, this is visible once the yogurt has been consumed. For all Cups, the consumer must cut off the sleeve and the unique code will be on the inside of the sleeve.

      Q: I saw the Insert Flash/Sticker/Strip/etc. on the packet, how do I win airtime?
      A: Inside the packet is an Insert code length digit code, Follow the instructions as printed on the back of the strip as it contains instructions on how to enter the competition. Dial the complete number including all the # / * symbols from your cell phone to enter

      Q: I’ve won, but have not received my SMS with my voucher
      A: Please provide us with your cell phone number and we will investigate and call you back

      Q: I’ve won, and received my SMS with my voucher, how do I get my airtime?
      A: Your SMS contains the instructions that you need to dial, it is similar to entering the competition, make sure to dial the complete number as shown in the SMS including all # / * symbols

      Q: My airtime did not load, I’ve received an SMS stating “This Top up Code is invalid please retype”
      A: Try dialling the instructions as found in your SMS again, perhaps you have missed a digit or two

      Q: I am a contract subscriber and have won airtime, what can I do?
      A: You can give it to someone on pre-paid or you can buy a pre-paid SIM and load the airtime on that SIM. You can also request us to transfer the airtime to a pre-paid number of your choosing.

      Q: I’ve won pre-paid airtime for network X, but I want to transfer it to my other pre-paid network X number, what can I do ?
      A: We will log the request with our service provider and will provide you with feedback, please allow for a day’s lead-time with regards to your transfer.

      Q: My packet has no Insert code length digit code inside?
      A: Is there a pack strip on the outside? , if not you need to buy a promotional pack , if there is then please give me the cell phone number and batch number and we will investigate it.

      Q: I got an error when dialling the instructions?
      A: Please double check and remember to include all the */# symbols, also check that you are not trying to send an SMS. Make sure that you are dialling from a (Vodacom/MTN/Cell C/Virgin) cell phone as this number does not work from a land-line (for example Telkom)

      Q: My airtime is not showing and I have loaded it?
      A: Please provide us with your voucher number as found inside the SMS and your cell phone number, we will investigate and call you back.

      Q: I have won cash, but deleted one or both of the SMSs I received with the pins?
      A: Please provide us with your cell phone number, we will investigate and re-send your SMS

      Q: I have won a lifestyle reward, how do I get my Travel Voucher?
      A: After receiving an SMS that you have won a lifestyle reward, you should be contacted within 48hrs to verify your details. A copy of your ID Document and till slip may be requested or photo of your Unique code to qualify for the Travel prize.
